Upon arriving at Pomeroy Inn & Suites, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing level of customer service. The front desk staff, Kumi and Neha, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They were attentive, friendly, and provided helpful information about the hotel amenities. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a kitchenette and comfortable bed. The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast and a cozy fireplace in the common area. The staff even assisted with arranging transportation and provided vouchers for taxi rides. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Pomeroy Inn & Suites for a comfortable and accommodating stay.

The suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Featuring a fireplace and a TV in the living room, and a separate bedroom equipped with a second TV, offering a cozy and relaxing environment. The complimentary breakfast was varied, tasty, and saved me some money. , the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service.
The location was a bit far from downtown and other attractions, which made transportation complicated, especially without a car. the internet connection was a bit unstable, making it difficult to stay connected.
